In Safari browser you have to use the built-in player due to restrictions from Apple, which doesn't allow controlling the video quality
In your player's menu try to find "Add subtitles" option and select downloaded subtitle file.

This problem started in version 119 of Chrome and we hope it'll be fixed soon, meanwhile you can do the following:
1. Enter in the browser's address line: chrome://flags/#use-angle (if you use Chrome), edge://flags/#use-angle (for Edge), browser://flags/#use-angle (for Yandex)
2. Change the value of "Choose ANGLE graphics backend" to "D3D9"

We recommend not switching to fullscreen mode on your iPhone because it activates the built-in player which lacks our full functionality. For fullscreen viewing, simply turn your device to landscape mode and scroll down the page before starting the content to hide the browser menu at the top.
